Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered.

However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You purchased the same digital product more than once by mistake.

  • You experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

  • The file you received is corrupted or incomplete.
